選擇以下任意報名表格，填妥並提交，由18歲以上的家長或監護人簽署好照片和視頻同意書，並上載一段2分鐘以內的表演片段，TVB ANYWHERE的專業製作團隊將從眾多的參賽者中挑選出最出色、最別出心裁的表演項目，並以電郵通知獲選的小明星。 

獲選禮遇：
1. 獲選的Think Big Kids 小明星將可於9月9日(暫定日期)在Burwood Park舉行的TVB Anywhere中秋嘉年華舞台演出，並有機會在TVB Anywhere的電視頻道播﹗

Application Requirements:
Please fill in and submit one of the application forms below. All contact details and materials provided must be signed by a parent or legal guardian over 18 years of age. The video uploaded must be within the duration of 2 minutes. The professional production team of TVB Anywhere will select the most outstanding performance and notify the selected contestants by email. 

Prize:
1. The selected Think Big Kids starlet will perform at the TVB Anywhere Moon Festival 2023 in Burwood Park on 9 September (tentative date) and have the opportunity to be broadcast on TVB Anywhere’s TV channel!
