Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Support the subscription team in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns promoting TVB Anywhere services and brand in Australia to increase subscription uptake and retain existing members.
- Identify potential clients and market opportunities, and work closely with the team in Hong Kong for improvements on products and sales strategies to meet the market.
- Manage pricing of products and propose proactive strategies.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, such as road shows, seminars community activities, and trade shows.
- Engage with target market including but not limited to community groups, student organisations, cultural groups, and other Chinese media to enhance branding awareness and acceptance.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and proposals.
- Manage the company’s social media channels and website, ensuring that they are up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with the company’s branding guidelines.

Skills and experiences:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom)
- Skill in After Effect and Premier Pro preferable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
- 1-2 years’ experience preferable
- To be eye-to-details, well-organized and with strong sense of responsibility
